DC Planning was created in 2021 when I, Will de Cani took the opportunity to create my own consultancy to provide high quality town planning advice. I am an RTPI accredited professional, have 10 years' experience as a Planner spanning various sectors including residential, commercial, retail, care, education and leisure.

I work across all London boroughs and the South East providing advice from Central London to greenfield authorities, whether that's a household extension, new home, change to a commercial premises, or new developments. 

I also offer Planning advice on potential purchases and their planning potential, enforcement action and assisting with objections to nearby developments that affect you.
